Privacy policy
Updated: 20 October 2026
The AbidjanDesk operating team values your personal information. This policy explains current contact and security processing. Service details and contracting entity are confirmed during consultation.
What we collect and why
Names, contacts, descriptions and linked preparation answers you voluntarily provide are used only to respond, confirm scope and deliver agreed services. Do not send ID numbers, bank details, medical records or unrelated sensitive data. Online submission is currently closed; processing and policy will be rechecked before opening.
Confidentiality and necessary processing
Contacts and consultation data are confidential, restricted to authorised staff with a work need, not sold, published or shared for third-party marketing. Bound hosting, verification and future email providers may perform necessary technical processing, not marketing disclosure. No unrelated disclosure without authorisation or legal obligation.
We use Cloudflare hosting and Turnstile verification. Security services may process IP, browser and device signals to detect abuse. See Cloudflare privacy policy and Turnstile privacy information . Email notifications are not enabled currently.
Retention and protection
Retain only as needed for consultation/service purposes and applicable law, with restricted internal access. Assess deletion/anonymisation when no longer needed, not indefinite unrelated marketing storage. Reasonable safeguards cannot guarantee absolute network/storage security.
Your requests
Use the footer’s revealed email/phone for access, correction, deletion or withdrawal requests. We check identity and applicable requirements; legal retention will be explained. Withdrawal does not invalidate prior lawful processing.
Cookies and updates
Necessary security and local acknowledgement records are explained in Cookies and storage notice . We update this information if purposes, providers or submission functionality change.
